Mirluva – Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mirluva. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully for international orders.

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Returns must be requested before shipping back the item

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (eBooks, templates, guides, courses)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at mirluvashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions, including the return address and any documents required for customs clearance.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. Shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Please contact mirluvashop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

8. Customs and Duties
For international returns, please clearly label the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Mirluva is not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
